"One of the WORST decisions in my life was that I came here for health care. 1 - from the beginning, it is nearly impossible to get appointment with a primary care doctor, even if you have abnormal symptoms, they DO NOT care. 2 - when I changed my job and had different insurance, it took them forever to update that and bill the correct insurance. Multiple phone calls with mixed-up information... 3 - they suggested me to see their social worker for counseling. When I told them that I couldn't afford it, the social worker offered to see me free of charge. Well...8 months later, I got a bill for over $600. it's still not resolved. It's the worst!"

"My first appointment at St. Jude Heritage was smooth and efficient. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was seen by the doctor promptly, without any long waits. The location is convenient, with easy access and ample parking. Overall, I had a positive experience and highly recommend St. Jude Heritage for quality healthcare."

"Make sure the people actually schedule your appointments. Was given two appointments and showed for the first only to be told I didn't have an appointment. Within this conversation I found out the second appointment had not been booked either. What a waste of time."

"By far this has been the worse pediatric medical group I could imagine. Our daughter is two years old, it first started with them not having a working phone system, (finally started working about a year ago). They lost my daughters iron level records at a separate visit when this is something they needed to be monitored for her considering she’s vegetarian. They did not want to provide any medication for her cough via tele-health or the portal, they stated she has to come in. And so I was trying to get her in for an appointment for her cough the next day and they said they are double booked with one doctor so they can’t take us in until end of next week. Well then have more doctors or at least prescribe it via tele-health. It’s a shame the someone as amazing as Dr Kwon has to be associated with a medical group like this. I’m a doctor in healthcare myself and I get being booked up but at least try to accommodate CHILDREN or prescribe medications/remedies as needed via telehealth. I will only be continuing here for Dr Kwon but shame on this facility for not caring for their children’s health. The front also had the audacity to tell us to consult a pharmacist at cvs instead."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This dr office’s scheduling staff is less than below average. My husband had a fever and flu like symptoms and called to get an appointment. The lady who helped him didn’t answer any of his questions, couldn’t verify that he called the correct office or if his dr even still worked there. After all of that she said the first appointment they had was in June, JUNE?! It’s December 28th. This office is useless and we’ll be moving dr offices because that is ridiculous and not helpful."
