Nicole was very unpleasant to work with, despite her being a nurse and mother herself, she was inpatient with my crying toddler and called in another nurse to continue the assessment prior to the doctor coming in. Very unprofessional and rude experience with her. I'll stick to urgent care in Fullerton, where all staff is courteous and professional."

"Had one star and 5 star experiences over the last 20+ years with St Jude Heritage+ Med center Hospital over multi locations and doctors/med assts I can say the reception staff are pretty good and genuine , perform tasks eg paperwork competently , so far wait times are minimal bc it's a new location developing local customers"

"Made a reservation, arrived 5 minutes early. Sat for 20 minutes. Someone arrived that knew the staff, was registered and called back right away. When I asked why the staff said they arrived before me, which they had not! Then they said they could register me. Had to get an X-ray at Rezulot and waited over 1/2 hour for insurance verification! I have Medicare. And then I was charged a co-pay for Medicare. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Urgent Care!"

"I wasn’t going to leave a review but just got an invoice from them that was the cherry on top. I went in for a cervix biopsy, I had complications with the after care and when I called, the nurse gave me wrong instructions and the doctor never called me back. I ended up in the urgent care with a double infection. These weren't my first cervix biopsies but it will for sure be my last there"
