"Recently I was referred by Cal Optima to this clinic Straight to the point the nurse practioner reported false information to the dmv which revoked my drivers license and after 2 plus months I won my appeal and got my license back I am seeking counsel to further investigate this situation and I would suggest not using this clinic I feel they run up unnecessary authorizations and they diagnose you with a serious but false illness to make money off the insurance company They are also responsible for me loosing my job"
