"I drove to RCM Urgent care to night all the way from Wildomar I had to drive all way to the Moreno Valley Urgent Care it took me over 40 minutes to drive here as the corona Urgent closes at 8pm. Once I arrive at 853pm a Man was waiting at the glass door and proceeds to lock the door when he sees me parking. I get off my car and he watches I attempt to open the door and it is indeed locked. Then while I take picture of the closed time of 9pm on the door and walk back to.muly car he proceeds to come to my car and knock on my window and tell me that there is some sort of emergency going on inside and he locked the door because there was an emergency going on inside and they didn't want anyone inside. I explained to him that whatever is going on is not my business that my only business is my medical health that any other patients medical health isn't my business he then ask me well what time did you get her I told him I got here at 853 and the door says you close at 900pm and I drove over 40 mins to get here. I had to have my mom came to watch my son, give him a bath prior to being able to come to the Urgent care.. well as soon as 9pm hit all the medical staff come out and walk to their cars apparently there wasn't no medical emergency going on anymore and any patients become invisible. REALLL PROFESIONAL they don't care about providing patients care they just care about the money they make iv been a patient here at RMC for over 20 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated. Horrible awful"

"Every time without fail I request a Spanish translator for my parents. Nobody knows Spanish and if they do they translate incorrectly. My Spanish is not that great I understand more than speak or translate especially in Medical terminology. We come to a medical setting where they should have professional translators on hand."

"It has been a nightmare trying to get an authorization taken care of. I have spent hours and hours on the phone- Yesterday I was promised by the Auth dept supervisor that she would send the Auth right over to where I needed it to go, and they (LL that needs the auth) STILL have not received it. It is impossible to get through to anyone- Really, really bad service. I have waited for this apt for 2 months, and am in dire need to see this doctor."

"I have been a patient at the Riverside Medical Clinic for quite awhile and have been very satisfied until now. In early December, my doctor ordered a specialized medication for me which usually takes 2 weeks to arrive. It has now been 3 1/2 months and it is still now here. Why? Because it wasn’t ordered until I called Customer Relations on March 17. I called the clinic a couple of times, but evidently they never took the time to check on the status even though they told me they would. I understand that things can sometimes slip through the cracks, especially with the staffing shortages due to the pandemic. What angers me is that the clinic staff just brushed me off. They didn’t even take the time to check on the order."
