Memorial Care Urgent Care

"Don’t go here unless you have to. I understand precautions for Covid symptoms and waiting in your car / calling in, but if you’re not going to treat me like every other person coming in, you really shouldn’t be an urgent care facility. I called and got put on hold for 20 minutes. The front desk lady told me there were people ahead of me and I ‘just need to wait my turn’. I put on a mask and walked in, and wow, no people! Walked up to the desk and the lady said ‘how can I help you’ So why was I on hold for almost a half hour??"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter dislocated her elbow and the doctor took X-rays and sent us away telling us to give her ibuprofen. This place is a joke if they can’t fixed a dislocated elbow! Took her to her pediatrician two days later and fixed it in no time and she was back to normal. Really disappointed…"

"Been here many times and have had great experiences with the Drs and staff. They’re very knowledgeable and give you time to ask questions. I removed one star due to having to wait over 45 minutes to see a Dr when we were second in line when it opened. I’ll never understand why this profession gets to keep clients waiting and it’s acceptable. But mostly I removed a star for the rude man who took my sons vitals and asked questions about medicinal allergies and when I provided the information I knew he snarkily responded “so,no?”. So was he not listening to me telling him there’s a family history of allergic reactions to meds in the myicin families but he does fine with amoxicillins? I feel this information is important since he did have a terrible reaction to some medication as a small child. I just said no to get him out of the room and decided to provide that information to the Dr directly since he was unhelpful and uncaring, a new profession for him would probably be best for us all."

"Bad experience. Not professional stuff. When i went to the urgent care I have asked first if my insurance coverages here , then she said “yes” . However, after 2 months I received bill for $203 . Now I’m responsible for it just because of her ignorance !!"

"Rude doctor was waiting in in the waiting room just on my phone minding my buisnes and the doctor walks up telling me i need to wait outside when there aren plenty of seats avaliable and not seats outside"
