"This office and doctor experience was the worst I have ever had. Dr. Tran-Kim and the staff were poorly trained. She informed me that I needed a D and C procedure. She was quick to tell me I needed it performed no later than a couple of months. The big red flag was her telling me D and C procedures are her "bread and butter." That statement repeated to me informed me I needed to leave, seek a physician with stellar credentials and get a second opinion. The poor comments from Dr. Tran left me with the information she was concerned for HER needs and not MINE. I did go to another GYN for a second opinion. Her answer was I did not need the procedure. I did not have any biopsy findings that would reveal the need for this procedure."

"I just had an appointment with Dr. Diana Tran-Kim, and it was the most amazing experience! She listened to all my concerns, discussed everything with me in detail and showed a lot of compassion. This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at an OBGYN."

"I had a very bad experience with them. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Tran Kim, when I came to my appointment, I was seen by her assistant without informing me that she will not be there and without asking me on the time of scheduling, if it’s ok to be seen by someone else or not! Second they charged me $100 instead of $85 which is my regular copayment (the only doctor that does that). Third the room that they took me in, was full of ants and not clean. Forth they booked me an appointment without informing me and without taking my permission ( to clarify, when I checked in I signed one of the check in papers that they will charge my card if I didn’t show up or cancel an appointment, what if I didn’t check my email or if I am out of town). Will never go to them again. Worst Doctor experience ever."

"My worst doctor experience has to be with Dr. Diana Tran Kim. I visited her 2 months ago (at the time of writing this) with my visit authorization from medical. I got a statement in the mail a few days later saying that I had to pay $265. I immediately contacted Diana Tran's office and told them why I got this bill. A woman named Karla answered and rudely told me that I should contact Medical myself and just pay the amount due. When someone contacts a doctor's office they should at the very least, receive some decency if not anything else. We don't go to a doctor's office for the fun of it. Karla kept insisting that Medical hadn't covered the entire visit and that I should contact Medical myself to get it sorted. I told her many times that I showed up at the office with an authorization letter from the Medical and that Diana Tran's office should contact the Medical themselves to find out what problem there was. I ended up deciding to contact Medical myself and see what the problem was. When I called contacted Medical they told me that they had already paid all of the fees, several weeks before the appointment date. With that being said, I do not know if Tran's office was trying to steal some extra cash from the patient or what. But, one thing is for certain is that her office is completely unprofessional and incompetent at billing. Today, I had another "appointment", in which I had to come in to be shown the results of a test I did. After waiting for about one hour, my turn to see Diana Tran finally came, at least I thought I was going to see Diana. I was instead greeted by an unfamiliar young medical practitioner that apologized for the long wait I had to endure, and then just went about saying that all my test results, that's it. This of course was something that could have easily been discussed with me through the phone. However, I think many people will see that there is a common trend within Diana's office and that is them privileging themselves to obtaining as much money as they can from each patient."

"I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and have chosen Dr TranKim to be the OBGYN. All of my visits have been amazing and thorough every time. Her bedside manner is beyond! This has been a difficult pregnancy however she continues to reassure me every visit. Can’t say enough about her! If you’ve been thinking about who to go to for your OBGYB care, stop looking and give her a try!"
