"I arrived at 1:30 for an appointment at 1:40 that I made 2 weeks prior. When I got there, they did not have me on the schedule at all. Thankfully, there was an available slot at 2:50. I had to reschedule something else that I had at 3pm. I ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours for an appointment that took 6 min of MD time. But I am happy that they were able to see me that day."
