"Absolutely terrible clinic to go to. My wife has full coverage insurance with no deductible and every time she had an appointment they told her she owed nothing and everything would go through insurance. A few weeks go by and we have 8 different bills with over 600 dollars that we now apparently owe. After we decided we wanted nothing to do with this clinic, we called and asked to have all of our pre natal records sent to our new hospital, all of the staff confirmed multiple times we would get them by mail or email. Today is the appointment and they are telling her she needs to drive over 40 miles to go prove it’s her that needs the document and then she was told that she was never getting anything in the mail. Complete joke of an establishment."
"For lack of a better word, this place is ghetto. Every time I stepped in for an appointment the nurses would have nothing nice to say about their colleagues and would spend the entire time just gossiping while taking your weight and blood pressure.The front reception desk was extremely unorganized and I would have to remind them to charge me my copay before I left. I finally decided to leave this place and let multiple staff members know and they still call me due to my “missed appointments” and even though I requested my records to be sent to me weeks in advance they claim they are “too busy” and can’t guarantee a time frame of when I should be receiving the email this making me miss work just to pick up documents. Also the fact that the “nurses” have long acrylic nails is disgusting to have in the medical field. As an individual who also works in the same field as this clinic staff I am super dissatisfied and disappointed. Only good thing was the nurse practitioner on staff for the obgyn department."
"When you go here, make sure you wait to see the Dr. I saw a nurse practitioner and he ordered a test for me without even telling me or giving me any request to take anywhere. I got a new Dr who scheduled the same test for me. When I went to quest they told me I had a test scheduled a few months ago. I will not be going back here."
"Always the same, they asked us to come 15 minutes earlier, but have to wait more then 40 minutes before being seen, and then have to wait for the doctor. Their excuse is because other patients arrive late. So they would rather have one happy patient and 5 unhappy patients than not seeing the patient that arrive late. That is NOT one's problem."
"I care for my niece and had to take her here several times. Facility: Needs deep cleaning desperately. Dead roaches by window seals, bathrooms need hourly clean up, not inviting waiting room. Expect to be waiting past your appointment time at least an hour. Doctors: Excellent, very intelligent and caring. Back nurses: Friendly, efficient. Front office staff: You want a friendly smiling face welcoming you? You are in the wrong office! They are rude, slow and could care less about you and your needs. They are just there to get paid. They should be trained in Customer service support/relations biannually. Bad attitude towards their Patients/clients. Location: Right off the freeway, easy great corner spot. Tons of street parking. Phone calls/ making appointments: In the past they would put you on hold forever and never could receive same/next day appointment. Your better off going to urgent care. They have improved on their scheduling for you to be seen. They still seem to overbook patients in which is why the wait time is so consuming. Privacy: Everyone will hear your business of why you are there. Their is no discretion, they ask you why you are here about 5 times during visit. Why this? Why that? Look into the computer or the files and stop making a scene. Start treating people with human decency. No one wants to hear/see you fighting with a patient. The board members should be ashamed of the staff that runs this front office."
