"Very bad clinic. The service at the front desk is the worst I have ever seen. They rude and careless. I spent 30 minutes just to check in for my appointment. There was a lady filling paper work at the check in window that spent more than 40 minutes at the front. Usually, people are directed to sit while filling paperwork so the other people in line could check in for the appointment but like I said before they don't care. I feel bad for all the customers because most of them are low income hard working people that they don't have many options where to go because they don't have medical insurance."
"I’ll never forget the time I went there and the provider who was there didn’t even look up at me while in the room (very old middle eastern lady) Just asked me questions and wrote down on a note pad and walked out. Than the male MA was telling me how to use the medication while in the hall way super loud about results on personal tests. I get that the front desk and MAs probably get paid very little but they should still strive to do better"
"Not even good for a laugh. Set up an appointment in the morning, came scheduled time with insurance card and was told my insurance didn't cover their clinic. Fine, I call my insurance they call them and then they call them to confirm that indeed I am in-network, go back to the office some 45 minutes later. Once there I wait five minutes and I'm given a p# the clinic said they needed to call to verify my coverage but said they the phone is cst so they are already closed and nothing to do for today. Funny thing is that phone they gave was already on the back of the insurance card I presented at the beginning of this whole mess. When they gave me the number they tried they said it wasn't on the card. To my amazement wasn't until I got home that I saw the number was on the back insurance card all along. I'll take it as a sign, they can't bother to read and research the info on an insurance card for a standard appointment, don't want to imagine the mess it will be with something serious."
"This place was awesome! I don’t know why they only had 2stars because they were extremely friendly and I only had to wait 2 mins after checking in for my appointment. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. This is a great clinic"
"Worst worst experience!!!!I would give it a zero if I could. First it took like 3 hours to go in then an hour inside the room to be seen. Secondly I was supposed to get eye drops and they gave me ear drops!!! When I called to let them know they were already closed so I went the next day early because I wanted my medication. They basically told me that it was the same medication but the box clearly says “FOR USE IN EARS ONLY”. The lady in front was really rude, she said she couldn’t do anything because I had opened the drops, I said yes because I trusted that it was the right medication. She kept telling me that it was ok to use the drops I told her I used it on one eye and the pain was horrible. My eye pain was worst after the drops I demanded drops for eyes not ear and she kept being rude. She kept telling me I had to move because she had other patients I insisted I needed my medication or a prescription or at the very least my money back. After being there for like an hour she gave me another bottle of drops. I took them Home and when I was about to use them I checked and they were expired. I couldn’t believe this, I went back and they made me wait for another hour just so they could call in the prescription. I am so disappointed by now it’s Almost 24 hours and I still don’t have my eyes drops. I receive a message from a pharmacy that’s in Huntington Beach when I clearly told me I needed in Santa Ana, I called the clinic and they put me in hold, made me wait 15 minutes and they never answered. Called back and explained again I couldn’t believe it’s taking this long for some eye drops. Please don’t waste your time here clearly they don’t care about patients they only want the money. You would expect them to try to make things better for the patient after all this hassle but no they kept being rude!!! Will never come back after this horrible experience."
