"Horrible. The wait is at least 45 minutes to speak to a receptionist on the phone and the doctor is at least 45 minutes late to all my scheduled visits. After several appointments to address a worsening recurrent condition, the doctor insists that all I need is ibuprofen and refuses to refer me to a specialist. I'd never come back here and never recommend the place. They are financially incentivized to have patients keep visiting over and over, not to resolve issues."

"I was schedule for an injection and when I showed up they had to reschedule me to a different location on a different day because the injection they had were all expired. Now I have to miss work to go to the next appt. I'm pregnant and I needed this injection for my 28week so now I'm forced to go back within the next few days to receive the injection and I have to miss work. Very disappointing. Instead of the nurse apologizing to me she made excuses telling this location is a family practice and don't see obgyn patients often. Which is ridiculous because my doctor scheduled me to go there for this injection. And what they had is expired. Unbelievable.."
