"Had a chainsaw dropped on my head from 15 feet up in the air. I was in the er for over 8 hours I ended up passing out in the waiting room. I never got seen I had to Uber home and sleep it off only to wake up gagging over the toilet all night with inflation on my neck that looked like I was being choked. Called the but and they said ibuprofen would help and try to make an appointment which I did but it’s was not for another 2 months. That’s how Kaiser cares for you. Ur better off going to county hospital."

"After a week an a half of 2 urgent care appointments, a emergency room visit, and a follow-up in still in pain. All I asked for aleast 2 weeks off so I can fill out some disability paperwork. I mentioned the started weeks before the first medical visit. For a follow-up with my primary doctor I have to wait an additional weeks. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day traveling to working, working and traveling home from work. Public transportation is my only source of traveling!"

"wanted to leave a review for the team I had yesterday for my cervical cerclage. They were in labor and delivery. Their names were Edith, Favour, Andy lieu, and Dr.Hodieb. Anyone who helped room 11 labor and delivery on September 12th deserves to be recognized. I was very scared and nervous about my procedure and they all made it so comfortable for my husband and I. Very nice and respectful very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. It made me so thankful that in my small stay how I knew i was in the right care and hands. I just wanted to thank them so much because they turned a very big fear of mine into something that I came out stronger because they were there for support. KAISER YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM! I hope some form of appreciation makes it to them!"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Kaiser/Kaiser Ontario especially, is nothing but a cruel demonic entity. My little brother Christian has been at this “hospital” for OVER A YEAR! He is still there currently and has been back and forth from the ICU trying to recover from a stomach infection and surgery. Because of the medical malpractices that are continually taking place it causes his healing process to restart over and over. Both the nurses and doctors are all rude and informative. The care is minimal and inefficient, patients like my brother are constantly being neglected and treated poorly. At night the patients basically survive until the shift change. It is a ghost town and we have seen it. Our family has been visiting him constantly the past 13 MONTHS! During his time there it seems as if they are only waiting for him to die so they can fill his bed with another person. When we visit him we are ignored and we have to ask who certain employees are instead of them formally stating their name & title. They have come in interrupting our prayer circle with no consideration. Our family has been experiencing countless detrimental setbacks preventing my brother from coming home all caused by Kaiser. Ironically, his condition could have been prevented had Kaiser not REFUSED him care at his previous appointment with them before falling victim to this illness. Now that he his in this position there has been nothing but a constant battle between our family and their staff. These are NOT people who “care, advocate, give or thrive..” These are people who steal, kill, and destroy lives including my 25 year old brothers’. This is a million dollar corporation, an institution with no real empathy or genuine concern for real people. To them every patient cured is a customer lost! Which is why now it is public news that Kaiser is SETTLING for a $49 MILLION DOLLAR deal after investigators have found body parts in their trash bins!!!! DO NOT waste your TIME, money or medicaid/medi-cal seeking care from this entity! I would suggest if you already have you change your healthcare provider IMMEDIATELY!!!"
