"Currently on hold for 30 mins, the female who answered didn’t even tell me anything, I moved out of state and am asking to get my daughters vaccine records faxed over and she just said oh and put me on hold. I haven’t had anyone check up on me or give me an update. This is so unprofessional. We’ll see how much longer they have me on hold. I’ll have to call again I’m sure. UPDATE: it’s been an hour and still no one has bothered to pick up the call to check on me or help with any small request. I don’t believe they even deserve the 1 star"
"This is by far THE WORST clinic I've ever been at in my life. The front desk females have the worst attitude. If they can't handle people, they need to be removed from there and have them work somewhere else. The waiting is terrible. They just throw people in waiting lobbys for a 2 hour wait for a 3 minute consult. This is ridiculous. Not professional. Bad attitude. Some people don't have the knowledge these "nurses" have so they shouldn't be annoyed for questions we ask and want to know.. do your job. I'll rate this a 0 star if I could."
