"The call center deserves negative stars. I've been hung up on 3 times after waiting like an hour in queue when I had critical things to do. Absolute clown levels of professionalism get someone in there to monitor them please because they're hanging up on people left and right."

"All the one stars you see on this location shows proof on how these people don't care about the health or well-being of people needs, on this day, by appointment I was sent by Sultana location to finally see a medical professional to check on my health and again was deny because the doctor went on vacation or something of this nature, I asked if this doctor was the only doctor that managed my type of treatment on site. Her answer was I can reschedule for another date or go to ER is your are not feeling well, So I did just that."

"Terrible place. We recently moved closed to this location. I changed my kids doctor to this location and I called them on 6/14/2023 to make an appointment for their physical. 1. The lady who picked up my call started hanging up on me like two times after getting my information. 2. Finally, after the third call she got my information, and she said the only available appointment I have is on August 7 which is one and half months later. 3. I said ok, can you make an appointment for them and she wanted to give them two different appointments which are 30 minutes apart, I told her that they are minors, can their appointment be together so an adult be with them, she told me no I can only put them 30 minutes apart, I was like ok, then I told her that can you put them at 3:00 pm and 3:20 pm, she said I can only put them at 1:00 pm and 1:20 pm, I told her that is not a good time for me, then can you put them on a different day, she said the only time I can put them is 1:00 pm that is it, I have no other choice for you lol. I told her thanks, but no thanks, I no longer need you to schedule us for a physical. I changed their doctor to a different location without even being able to go there for the first appointment. Terrible place. I am just wondering if that is the attitude for their front desk, the doctor will be the worst."

"I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. They're absolutely awful. It takes 2 months to get an appointment, for baby vaccinations mind you, then calling in is pointless too. Why have phones if you guys don't answer or leave people on hold for a long period of time. I'm looking for a new provider for my son, because even though the Dr was awesome with him, the trouble and loops I have to go through are just beyond. It shouldn't be this complicated when it comes to infants."
