"Really was nervous because of the reviews I read, but I actually was amazed by the wonderful service I recieved. Very clean facility, very informative, very kind person I got to take care of me throughout my sleep study. He was very informative, very kind to my husband and I and as my first time getting a sleep study he made sure all my questions were answered."

"Horrible place i was not aloud to be on phone or watch tv but yet the person that brought someone with them for the study in room with them was aloud to talk till well after 1130pm i was up for a while starting at walls because wasn't able to sleep right away and hear talking from other room I was NOT talking on phone I was checking my messages & emails but was told to get of phone approx 1140pm.But one that brought a guest was aloud to talk well after i was told no more phone.AND to top that of they kept my ID did not call to let me know when I called to let know my ID was never given back they eventually found my ID in a copy machine. They would not send me back my ID priority mail they said no and I even told them I live 30 miles away and I should not have to waste my time for their screw up .And that the should reimburse my gas for having to come back for their screw. And and the supervisor I spoke to was rude and basically said oh well not my problem we are not reimbursement of unnecessarily having to drive 30 miles back to their dang business and 30 miles back their employees keeping my ID that they ended up finding in a copy machine. And read their reviews 98 percent of them are horrible!¡!"

"I spoke with Debby today, and was so disappointed. I just don't want her or anybody else treat your patients in the way Debby did. If you want to get a detailed feedback to improve your customer care, a manager can contact me to discuss quickly (if the manager cares). I actually left a voicemail for the manager asking to call me back."

"My dr recommended I get a sleep test done at a lab so I came here. Bad idea! I could not sleep half the time. Isn't that the point of a sleep test? It was so loud, I could hear the staff, the cars, and random noises outside. The staff was not very nice either and I would never recommend anyone that needs to get a sleep test done at a lab to come to this one. I am sure there are plenty of others where you can actually get some rest to get a true lab test and a nicer staff to set you up!"

"The staff was very professional. I was very comfortable in my room large t.v., comfortable chair and bed. They made sure my phone was being charged and I had what I needed. They also have ear plugs in case there are noises different than your use to.They explained everything that was happening. I would highly recommend."
