"I don’t understand all of the negative reviews! I believe you all have never had truly awful medical care because this Dr’s office is amazing. The receptionists are all very professional, if you’re expecting them to be overly bubbly then you must not be considering just how much they’re managing behind those computers. The nurses are very kind and helpful, I bring my 3 year old with me to all my prenatal appointments and they’ve always been so sweet to her. Have some humanity and realize that these people aren’t robots, they’re people too with emotions and lives! If you encountered a nurse or doctor who isn’t in their usual disposition, why not consider what they may have seen/heard/or experienced before your appointment. Have some grace. As long as they’re taking care of you, being professional, and not berating you, be grateful for good, high quality healthcare."

"This receptionist Alicia does not deserve her job. I have never been treated so badly for not having an answer. I pulled up my providence app to get her the accurate information and she ignored it and then started talking about m on the phone as of I wasn't there. saying I'm not sure why her appointment was cancelled before when I told her I had the flu and had to reschedule. no compassion, no professionalism. not how you treat a high risk pregnant woman that is just trying to check into an appointment. none of the other front desk associates act like her they are usually so kind and professional. I'm in total shock."

"FRONT OFFICE STAFF were average/acceptable, no problems or issues. BACK OFFICE STAFF were pleasant/helpful & patient. IN ROOM EXPERIENCE with Jeanette Petermann NP was (despite the vaginal exam) easy, relaxed & stress free. I proclaim Doctor Jeanette to be not only a top tier medical professional but also an excellent, soft spoken communicator. She allowed time for statements, questions & responses. She did not dawdle but I never felt rushed. In all, an extremely POSITIVE experience. 12 days AFTER OFFICE VISIT I phoned @ 1pm & requested a call back to which she responded @ 3:15pm (the same day)."

"This review is for the MA/nurse of Dr. Dennis Buchanan. I have been a patient for more than 10 years, and this was the first time I experienced a cold/ discourteous/ no smile, short and cold tone attitude from the nurse/MA, but I don't want to put her name here. The Dr's office should be able to know who she is with this hint: I had a routine wellness appointment on Nov 10th, 2022, at 3:40pm, the MA/nurse is tall, has long straight black hair tied up and wear glasses. St. Jude Medical Group normally have nice and courteous staffs, I was pretty shocked with this latest experience. Hopefully this review helps."

"I was talking, she just hangs up. Never calling back. I will do the appointment by walk in. Prefer to drive 45min and do the appointment rather than being treated as a nothing. As soon I change my insurance I will change to my previous office. I have not seen the doctor yet, but already bad experience. Staff in office were much better, I don't who help me in the phone, but voice was really down, no emotion, not friendly, not helpful at all. I just was looking to reschedule if I can. ................ updated!!! I finally got to see doctor. He was really nice and nurses in offices were really nice. Which I wanted update the review to 4 at least. Even doctor and nurses were 5 excellent. Again bad experience in phone!!!!! But, today I wanted to ask if blood test could be done by walk in and I wanted to go between my time frame of second trimester. She said can not give me an answer. I regret myself to call the office. Never call for help because never will be solved. And got me so much streess. Thanks God I set the appointments in the office. No need to call until then. NEVER calling back."
