"DID NOT EVEN CALL MY SCRIPT IN, even after they assured me it was at a pharmacy that was far away because it was late. The pharmacy had no record of the script, my kid doesn’t have his medicine, and this has been a literal waste of time."

"Because of back to back illnesses in my household over the last 6 weeks, I’ve actually made 3 visits to this urgent care since they’ve opened. 2 of the 3 visits were negative experiences, one of them being a good one. Each time I was I had a different health care provider. The latest visit was atrocious and I’ve just lost all trust in this place. The provider on site was a nurse practitioner and really didn’t know his stuff. Kept leaving the room to google things then coming back into the room with different information. Didn’t check the meds he prescribed against what I already take to see if there were any interactions. Gave me wrong information about when I was able to start taking the meds. The guy was awkward and seemed absolutely careless on top of being unknowledgeable. It’s scary that this person is works in healthcare and was running the show at this urgent care during the day of my visit."

"My experience was terrible, the doctor on call only wanted to give me everything I was allergic too. Didn’t even look at my chart at all!! Just put into my pharmacy a medication I’m allergic too. They don’t care, it’s only what pays for them then actually help there patients solve an infection you have especially after wisdom tooth surgery. I wouldn’t trust this place ever again.."

"Excellent, efficient care! Had to have stitches, and they were kind, quick, the facility is clean and pleasant. Couldn't recommend enough! Also, they stay open later than others - until 9pm, so didn't get stuck going to the ER."

"We were in Laguna for a wedding and started feeling sick. Three of us tested positive for covid. It was the weekend and it was Sunday night. My daughter noticed that Accelerated Urgent Care was still open. She called them and the receptionist told us to come over. She checked us in, the nurse took us back and gave us another covid test. The doctor came in and saw us told us we were positive and gave us the prescription for the medication. It was all done professionally and we didn't have to wait very long. Thank goodness they were opened on a Sunday late at night!"
