Reviews
"Buses are never on time..ever. I have missed so many connecting busses downtown Sacramento and even in woodland because the busses don't ever run on schedule. They do have the nicest drivers though...the drivers are great! I just wish I could plan trips accurately using their schedule, but I always have to use the bus trip prior to the bus I need just to be on time."
"It was on the 5 freeway in the fast lane going 55. Not supposed to be there. It is tough to be stupid!"
"Worst experience everyday. Unreliable. Always very late. Like over 10 mins late. Late to work. People that create these routes have to be on drugs"
"Cannot give a poor enough review. Myself and other commuters from Davis to Sac have had to start congregating at one of the earliest stops on the commuter routes to avoid getting stranded in Sacramento, because it has happened COUNTLESS times. The alert system is never utilized when there are actually detours, so daily riders never really know what’s going on. There’s only one bus that takes me from my job to anywhere near my home, that comes once a day, and I never know if it’s actual or going to come on time or come at all. Drivers have gone off-route and gotten lost several times that I have ridden as well. I would take another form of transit if there were anything more affordable but there simply aren’t better options."
"If I could I wouldn't give it any stars. My first time ever trying to use the bus and I was hold for over 15 minutes even though the recording said 1 minute hold time. There isnt any hold music to assure you that you haven't"
