"Extremely rude lady at the front desk (Asian woman) I went in needing a doctor’s note to return to work. She didn’t even bother looking up my insurance. She also didn’t let me get seen or gave me a note. Never coming back here again."

"Destiny, the young lady at the front desk is friendly, caring, professional and super helpful. My husband and I both caught the flu. We came here today and the entire experience was fabulous. The facility opened at 10am. Destiny opened the doors exactly on time. She welcomed us in, assisted us with the sign in system. There were no long lines, virtually no wait time at all. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We were assisted by dr Tammy Trang. She is terrific. We were in and out in less than an hour with our prescriptions. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this urgent care Center. No wait time, awesome staff, clean and efficient facility. And most of all, a warm friendly welcome from destiny at the front desk. I highly recommend this place."

"Dr. Wu did not give me the time of day at all! He refused to treat the problem or properly examine the issue. Instead he opted to prescribe me pills and walked me out to the front. The office was empty too mind you, I was the only patient. Ridiculous"

"Had a weird heart problem, the medical assistant and the RN were both extremely comforting and competent. The EKG machine had a hiccup, but all was well. The medical assistant (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was very skilled at her job. I am afraid of needles, and she drew 3 vials of my blood relatively painlessly and very quickly. She switched to a smaller needle that would draw blood less quickly but would be less painful and she was still incredibly fast."
