"Front desk lady is not helpful at all. Tried to charge me 3 times my copay saying “it’s their billing policy” which is incorrect. She also wrote my prescriptions on paper instead of calling it in to the pharmacy. When I arrived at the pharmacy they said they can no longer accept paperwork from patient, the prescription has to be called in by the urgent care."
"I had such a great experience. First time here and I must say all the Staff were amazing. In addition the PA Sung, Lee was amazing had the best bed side manners and definitely showed he cared. Thank you so much for helping me and hearing me out. Your service is very much appreciated."
"I had a great experience at this urgent care. I came in on September 2 on a Saturday. It was raining that day. I came in just before 10:00, probably 10 minutes before 10:00 am. The female receptionist behind the glass on the left was nice, smiling, and patient towards me when I explained what I was there for (foot infection). After the filling out paperwork. I waited an hour before I was called into a room and seen by this male nurse/ male assistant who checked my blood pressure and such. Good experience with him but I think he was rushing just a bit. He seemed urgent when interacting with me. And then around 11:00am I saw Dr. Simon Yao. My experience with doctor Yao was great. He was patient and had no sense of urgency while being attentive and communicating with me, asking a lots of questions about my condition so that he can understand the best way to help me at that moment. I just really appreciate how he communicated with me. He cleaned my foot sore/ foot ulcer and explain to me how to properly clean my foot when I got home. I was prescribed with antibiotics. I was there for about 2 hours. I left at 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Staff was great. The facility and cleanliness, in my opinion, was good. No trash on the floor. Little to no dirt on the floors that I noticed. Bathroom was clean. Unfortunately. During my time there. They were out of toilet paper. Or paper towels. I can't remember which. So I would say the general cleanness deserves an A. The waiting room space. They were about four or five other people sitting in waiting room with me. It was spacious enough for five people to where I didn't feel cramped. But I assume any more than that would be a bit cramped. So I would say the waiting room is not on the large side. Plenty of seats but the room size was perhaps a "medium". Lastly. Phone service was also a good experience when I called the day before to see if they were open on Saturday. I would say this is my go-to urgent care. Great experience. Thank you. Dr. Simon Yao and staff."
"I went in with a horrible sore throat (I couldn't swallow), and I told the nurse I thought I had strep, he was like no it's probably COVID did you take a test, I said I did and it was negative and he said I took it too early. I told him I'd had COVID before and I really didn't think it was that and he just said '9 times out of 10 it's COVID, we're just gonna take the test, trust me'. Please keep in mind he didn't look at my throat ONCE during our interaction even though my entire complaint was that I couldn't swallow because I was in so much pain and I needed help, I literally didn't care about getting a diagnosis (don't get me wrong I know it's necessary to help with treatment, but more than anything I just needed some help with pain management). Anyway, so he takes the COVID test (it's negative...like I said it would be) and then the doctor comes in, looks at my throat and tells me it's probably Pharyngitis which is basically a common cold and he prescribes me antibiotics. He took a culture test before I left and five days later he called and said I DID test positive for strep....which is exactly what I came in saying that I had. So anyway, please start taking your patients seriously, most of them don't go to urgent care if their symptoms are a minor sore throat."
