OC Urgent Care

"Five stars for this trash clinic, If only I could leave ZERO stars I would..... But anyways, I came to this clinic a couple weeks ago & the doctor was terrible... When I asked about the prescriptions I needed, she told me that "We don't issue prescriptions nor send prescription inquiries to the pharmacy since that was their clinic policy" I thought what she said was the most stupidest thing I've ever heard! Last time I checked, Clinics & it's doctors are supposed to treat pain NOT keep the pain going! I won't be coming back to this useless clinic, The doctor & the management should be ashamed of themselves."

"I hate to give this place a 1 star because the PA's have been really good everytime. but the reception has been worst than horrible. They are rude when I was checking in today on multiple occasion. the girl working there on Saturday Oct 7th at 5pm at the front was very rude to me and I am sure she didn't send my prescription on purpose to the pharmacy in time, so they would close. the pharmacy called her multiple times and so did I , and finally she said she sent it, but it "it would take an hour for the system to process it" CVS told me they have never heard about this and in the system, electronic prescription is sent within minutes if not seconds. I know why she did this to me as well. I asked her to ask the PA if I should take the new medication in addition to the old one or just the old one. she said take the new one. I told her please ask the doctor I don't want just your opinion. and she got angry and said "Well the doctor is busy now " with a horrible attitue. I said no problem I will wait. so I waited and she confirmed. so I am pretty sure because of that she never sent my prescription on Saturday night when I am in pain with an uber outside CVS waiting for my prescription that never arrived until they closed. Horrible person."

"Saw Samantha (PA) and she diagnosed me correctly. Quickly prescribed the correct medicine and started healing immediately. The front desk workers got me in fast and were kind. They accept medical and are in a convenient location."

"Went in for a toenail removal around 12pm and was quickly seen as soon as the doctor was available. Check in was quick and easy on the iPad (They take Medi-Cal/CalOptima). The medical assistants/nurses were professional as well as nice. Despite the procedure being painful the doctor made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. It’s been a month and my toenail is healing beautifully. Would definitely recommend for a visit if a situation isn’t serious enough for the Emergency Room but there’s no time to wait for a doctors visit."

"Not only is it a quick process but you receive quality care. It takes our doctors 3+ weeks to get us into their office so often times we come here instead. The best urgent care I've ever been to."
