"Dr. Shah seems great. Very kind, communicative and professional. I really like him. However, his practice will be severely damaged by the monsters who work in the front office, especially the one who goes by Jessica. To not bore you, I will summarize it by saying she is rude, unprofessional, nasty, makes tons of mistakes and then acts annoyed when you call it out, looks grumpy, has a voice that makes you want to kill yourself, and leaves you, the patient, completely hanging. She will destroy this doctor's office surely."

"I'm extremely disappointed with this place. So we called Friday because our son who has been seen by Dr Shah on a dozen occasions in the past was feeling sick and we were told that he was out of the country and that we should call back on monday. So we did, we called this morning and instead of seeing us we were told to go to emergency because the Dr will not see him. Mind u that's the only reason why we go to him is when he isnt feeling well because he usually has a throat infection and Dr prescribes him anti fungal which is 10x better than antibiotics. My son who is autistic has stem cell therapy done every 6 months and just had stem cell therapy about one month ago and antibiotics are not good for him after such procedure. They didnt care. They basically made us wait all weekend only to be turned away. We wont be going back to this place ever again. And the receptionist/assistance should read up on customer service with her snippy little attitude. Find another Dan Dr. this one is NOT reliable."
