"Long story short: the doctor prescribed me the wrong oral medication since they didn’t have my last lab report ( I had 3 lab tests) returned during my visit. They couldn’t have waited for my last lab report returned to better evaluate my situation and prescribe the correct medication. But they chose not to do so. One day after my visit, I received a voicemail call from the clinic telling me that I had to picked up the correct prescription. They didn’t even apologize for this mistake when I called them back to double check. Imagine how frustrating it is for me. I definitely wouldn’t go back."

I asked how much longer the wait was going to be after waiting 30 mins in the waiting room and I got no attitude from the front desk staff (other places would have been rude) we were seen and discharged in an hour. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need an urgent care. Thanks guys!"

"Definitely recommend this urgent care. Patty was the first person I spoke to and she was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure it all went smoothly. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Ashori he was super thorough, made me feel understood! Absolutely loved him! Ann was the nurse that did the treatment and she was lovely!"

"My visit to Downtown Urgent Care in Little Tokyo had its ups and downs. To start with the positives, the initial parking was convenient and free, which is always a plus. However, the waiting time was a bit excessive. I don't think I have ever waited this long at any Urgent Care. When I arrived, I was the 4th in line, and it took a lengthy 45 minutes to be called for my turn. Once inside, it was another 30 minutes before the nurse attended to take my vitals and another 15 minutes for the nurse practitioner to see and assist me. The clinic's cleanliness initially left a good impression, but I was taken aback by the state of the bathroom, which was far from well-maintained. I didn't feel comfortable touching anything in there or even going. When the doctor finally came to see me, she seemed a bit rushed and uncertain about my condition, suggesting I eat marijuana for nausea, which struck me as an odd recommendation. She later performed an assessment and concluded that I was experiencing Vertigo. The receptionist's demeanor was initially a bit off-putting, but she did warm up and become friendlier as our interaction continued. Overall, Downtown Urgent Care has both positive and negative aspects to consider, but it might need improvement in terms of waiting times, cleanliness, and patient-doctor communication. I don't know if I'd come back here again though."
