"I lost the info on my doctors this weekend I called to get that info again, I spoke to Diana or Dana I’m not sure on her name but she sounded so under the influence on the phone that when she gave the the information I requested she gave me the wrong doctors and locations making me miss both appointments…so now I have to wait another 5-7 days for referrals AGAIN. Worst person to work here ever"

"I visited on lakeside urgent care faciality on 05/02/2023 due to my bad cough and body ache. After I explained my health condition to Nurse practitioner Justine R. Cruz and she gave me some medicine. Justine R. Cruz told my cough and body ache can hold up to 14 days and this can be spread. When I requested the doctor note with further days She refused to give me the note with further days. She asked me to take some Tylenol and go to work. I never met Doctor like Justine R. Cruz. She recommended me to go to work even I am not fleeing well."

I am very satisfied with the doctor that I chose as he is very nice and helpful and caring.
