"I recommend Dr. Michelle E Quon-Otsuji, she’s my doctor here. She is nice and knowledgeable. However, the one star is due to the girl with the red hair in the front desk. She always has an attitude and roles her eyes when you ask her questions. If you don’t want to work there, why are you working? A clinic is a place that people go to for their health and to feel cared for, not to be made feel disregarded. I have given this girl many chances. I get the everyone has bad days but each time it’s the same attitude with this girl."

"I wanted to take the time to write this review because my doctors and nurses have been so exceptionally nice and helpful! This is my first pregnancy and my OB is Dr. Park. He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered, and as a woman dealing with a male doctor I have felt so comfortable with him. He is very thorough in providing all necessary information and answering any questions. Dr. Park truly seems like he cares for the well-being of his patients' health and our babies-- it shows in his interactions. Nurse Shirley is just the sweetest also, she has been so helpful and just an overall easy person to talk to. Everyone I have encountered thus far have been a pleasure to be around :)"

"This place is horrible. Once they switched over to via care the patient care went down the drain . The times I have been there for my daughter or my self the staff is always rude. Every time I have tired to make an app the wait os over an hr. I had two wait for my child to go back to school a whole week after she was seen because it took them a week just to make a dr note for her to go back . Mind you just to talk to someone it took me 3 hrs and once they answered they hung up . This place is a joke I will not be taking my kids or my self to via care in South Gate anymore . I would advise to look at different option before taking your kids here. Patient care should be 1st and it is not ."
