"My husband did a walk in appointment then he was told the wait time was about and hour after an hour and ten minutes he was told he had to wait an additional hour and a half cause the doctor was going to lunch. After the entire lobby was completely full when we arrived to everyone being seen and checked out we were the only people sitting in the lobby waiting Unacceptable at this to be sitting and waiting almost 2 and half hour to see a doctor"

"This facility looks nice, but they do not conduct their paperwork well and do not do well with insurance. I contacted an insurance covered number and the office routed me to a non covered location, and misfiled my paperwork under a different location's address. When the claim was denied they charged me ER pricing for a general wellness check."

"I used to like this location. Everyone was always friendly and respectful until last month. I would always call and schedule appointments for my husband but last month when I tried to do it, Lourdes answered and was very rude. She repeated that my husband was over 18 and he needed to call himself. After two calls with her, a supervisor called me and scheduled my husband in, however, upon arrival everyone there was unprofessional. It was clear that Lourdes had discussed what had happened and the staff was clearly talking behind our back. We arrived on time but were called in last. Someone who had an appointment after us was called in first, I told myself maybe with was with another Doctor and that doctor was available sooner, but I heard through their intercom that it was the same doctor. Fast forward to today, I called to make an appointment for myself (something I had done previously) and was told that if I didn't have a PCP I couldn't make an appointment, that I had to be treated as a walk in and with no guarantee of being seen. Now, this office just seems like it's being handled by a bunch of high school students. I've been seen here many times before with an appointment. It just seems like retaliation."

The office staff is friendly and helps to schedule things easily over the phone or online. I also had a procedure done with Dr. Rush and she was also super friendly, explained what to expect, and did great work with me. I have been very happy with my experience at this UCLA Health office."
