"I haven't been to the clinic but, I have at least 5 text's from them informing me of my nephew appointment. Due to a hic-up with medi-cal I got a call informing me of a new problem with medi-cal. The medi-cal showed as not working so, I needed to call to find out what the problem is. I told her that I was told that everything was in order. My word was's enough and then the pressure turned into a feeling that a threat had begun. I believe that unless I agreed to pay for the visit he wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. My nephew has had a stroke and trying to get a doctor to see him without insurance it's impossible. So, I had to make a decision because he isn't getting better and I can't or won't barter with his life, the way the people in the medical field does now! I dread going to this place! I can only as GOD for help because, I can't find any here in CA."
"I am terminally ill. Liver failure. They know it for months now and I have medi cal. I can't get my prescribed that is keeping me alive filled because they won't do their job and look at the portal. Instead they say our dr didn't prescribe this so we not renewing???? What the heck. They need to shut this place down! I call and press 4 to leave a message for my Dr or nurse...the phone hangs up. Totally incompetent lazy unpleasant experience. They don't care I only have a year per the Mel's and I'm race to get on transplant list and they are harming me by not refilling the medication that takes yhe ammonia out of my body so I'll probably be in a coma by monday!!Monday!!! Lawsuit. We have started documents for wrongful death malpractice."
"Should be a one-star but I enjoyed my doctor visit; I was extremely happy with my initial experience. But since that first appointment it has gone exceedingly down-hill. First off, no one answers the phone. I had some lab work assigned, I have tried to contact them constantly to make sure of the time window to come in for labs, to no avail. This week alone I have probably been on hold for close to three hours. I finally was able to get a morning free and get over there for the labs, but labs were closed that day. I asked the lady who I was talking to why they haven't taken my call? Or why they haven't called me back when I leave my number. And she replied that it is because "the phone lines are down." Really? Then why does the recording tell me I'm in line to have my call received? Just weird."
"My first experience of this place was waiting for 30 minutes before I was actually able to speak to the receptionist. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and was even condescending. There was some difficulties in trying to schedule an appointment and was told that I would be getting a call from the manager, but that never happened. Now I can understand an in-person appointment being weeks away, but why would an appointment to speak to a doctor over the phone be weeks away? If I were able to schedule an appointment, I would’ve had to wait two weeks for a phone call that would’ve taken five minutes! It’s clear this “health center” sees themselves as a business first and an actual health center second. Now I have to waste more time looking for a different PCP. Steer clear of this place, they see you as a “customer” not a patient."
"Unbelievably terrible. When i called to make an appointment, i had to wait a half hour on hold only to be transferred immediately to an answering machine. The doctors do not use sound medical advice, will treat you like a criminal, and will seriously injure you in the course of exams while lying to manipulate you. Get ready for medicine as passed down in flowcharts, you would get better care from webMD. And doctors that show up pver an hour aftet the appointment, and security staff that couldnt care less Dont send people you hate here , it is cruel and inhuman."
