"Lady at the front desk seems upset that I came in for treatment. Before she even asked for any ID or anything, she was already telling me she couldn't find any paperwork on file for authorization from my company. Still in the lobby. We will see how this goes... 1 hour later, they advised that they lost my file while moving locations, and I have to fill out paperwork. No big deal, 4 pages. 2 hours later, paperwork has been sitting on the front desk for 45 min. We almost have you registered. There was only one patient before me. Now I'm the only one in here besides staff."

"Racist workers here, I understand when workers get confused with people but I was called many different Hispanic names that was not my name. I had a nurse who spoke to me in Spanish assuming I only spoke Spanish and she was really rude. The wait time was extremely long I entered the clinic at 11am left at 2:40 pm"

"Worst place to go after 7:00pm one person on duty , been waiting over 6 hrs for a drug test , I got my little kids in the car they haven’t been home from school yet and it’s 10:43pm someone somehow someway need to contact the owner of this place or the better business bureaus because this is horrible …… slow , slow, slow …… no movement only every hr"

"This place is severely understaffed and the ones that do work there are slower than molasses in the dead of winter. Expected to wait at least 1-2 hours. Those that have mandatory drug testing...don't bother to drink water until you get to the clinic, unless your bladder fills slowly."

"Here for MTA Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and DOT physical. Waited about 15 minutes in the lobby after filling out basic medical questionnaire. Then taken to the back and blew into breathalyzer machine. From there I was led to a restroom and told to empty pockets and rinse hands with water. They gave me a bottle and told me to pee. They left the room and I handled my business. Quick, fast and easy! Idk why others had such a hard time here. My experience was a good one!"
