"Without fail, every single time I'd call this clinic or the Beverly Hills location I'd be immediately placed on hold for no less than 5 minutes, often as much as 10-15m. Once someone answers it's a crapshoot if they'd be nice to you or not. I used to see one of the doctors from this practice years ago at the BH location (same issue with immediate prolonged holds) and stopped when I moved. Upon returning I figured I'd try the practice again and was recommended Dr. Rosen. In my intake appt with him the nurse/assistant/tech was incredibly rude when I politely refused to be weighed citing it's required for medicine dosage. I said that if it comes to any prescriptions, I'll get on the scale but for now I wish to not be weighed. Her irritation with my request was very clear. Then I was asked when my last annual was so I said June 2022 (this was March) and the same tech said that it has to be a full calendar year otherwise the insurance won't cover it. I said that I'm fairly certain the coverage is once per calendar year but if the office could check. She went to go get Dr. Rosen who rudely said "I don't have the time or energy to call your insurance company and deal with their BS". Okay, fine dude, be nicer about it, I can call too, all I asked is if your clerical staff can do this clerical task to help me get information. I guess they're too busy putting people on endless holds. Without being examined I had rescheduled that day's appointment to June just to drop the issue and not bother with the insurance company since I wasn't in a rush for the appt. THEN, thankfully I know two other patients of Dr. Rosen who received an email notification that he's leaving the practice at the end of June and no one bothered to call me as a new patient to let me know. Why would I come see a doctor as a new patient once before he leaves, especially an intimate exam like OBGYN?? When I finally got off hold and mentioned this to the person on the other line, they said "well you're new and we didn't have your email on file" but your records show a new patient is coming in! Wouldn't it benefit them to know what's going on? The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because Dr. Betty Lee in that practice is wonderful, I used to see her in the BH location and stopped when moved. My experience with this office is the only reason I won't go back to Dr. Lee and I'll be going elsewhere. I expect better customer service from a women's clinic..."

"Dr.rosen is the best obgyn I have ever met! He did a DnC on me and delivered my baby boy. He has the best bedside manner. Thank you for everything ❤️ Maximillion is a healthy baby boy and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor."

"Dr. Lily Lee has gone above and beyond to give the care I needed on my first visit. The administration staff on the other hand needs some support. I have called a total of 15x (during office hours) to attempt to speak to someone to schedule an appointment and have continued to receive an automated message of their office being closed or unable to answer the call at this time. If it wasn’t because of the excellent medical care that I received from Dr. Lee on my visit as well as follow up call I’d find another location."

"I saw Dr. Rosen and my review is not towards him at all. He was super kind and helpful but my review goes towards the front desk. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. The receptionist is by far the most unprofessional little girl ever. And yes, I’m calling her a “little girl” because that is how she acts. When I arrived here she told me they accepted my insurance (Tricare) but after two visits she lets me know they don’t. Now I had bills to pay to them which I totally understand but since I was unable to pay for them right away she made me feel like the lowest of the low. Then later on when I called to ask for my records to be transferred they told me they wouldn’t send them unless I paid my bill right away. First off, I never said I wouldn’t pay for my bill, but I will pay it when I’m able to. And so I told them I knew my rights to my records and so they had no choice but to send them. Very rude and unprofessional service. I DO NOT recommend this place to any pregnant woman simply because of the way they made me feel at the front desk. No pregnant woman deserves to be treated that way."

"Dr. Aaron Rosen is new to the Lee practices(Lilly & Betty). I have been coming to this practice for years, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Everyone has been nice, prompt and above all very knowledgable. I recently started seeing Dr. Rosen and I could not be happier knowing that he has joined the practice. He is so smart and above all so professional and helpful at explaining terms and procedures I know very little about. Dr. Rosen does this in a way that is not intimidating but rather very insightful and makes me feel so happy that my care is in his hands. I have referred all my friends, colleagues and family to him as I know he takes his job as an OBGYN very seriously and that everyone I care about will be beyond satisfied with his attention to detail and genuine care for his patients."
