"I set an early morning appointment on a Saturday and was in and out within an hour. Pretty typical for a doctor’s office. Employees were efficient and clear in answering all my questions, and the doctor who came in to speak with me was so kind. Don’t let negative reviews deter you from coming here for the help you need."

"Full staff is great. Front desk girls are helpful and welcoming. Medical assistants and providers were comforting and easy to talk to. I can’t remember their names but Alyson was one of the providers to help with my services."

"Do not come here - the recent reviews do not disappoint - this is the WORST facility, if you make an appointment they DO NOT guarantee it and say the wait is 1.25 hours to 2 hours. With 4 employees behind the desk, only one intaking patients. I waited 17 minutes in line at reception to be told to wait that long with an appointment in place. And I came on my lunch break. ZERO STARS."

"I showed up at 10am for my scheduled vasectomy, filled out & returned the intake forms, and sat down. After 1pm, after noticing several people who showed up after me being served before me, I walked up to the counter to ask how long of a wait it would be. I was told that there were "several people ahead" of me, and that I should go eat lunch. I went to eat, and finally they called me back late in the afternoon. I was the very last person treated that day. The doctor complained to the nurse about how busy the day was while he cut into me before the local anesthetic had even started to work. I don't know how a 10am appointment leads to being the last person treated for the day. The procedure was unnecessarily painful and unpleasant. Wish I could give zero stars!"
