"Oh my gosh Dr. Cole is a life saver! Without saying too much, I had a bad reaction from free procedures and he literally saved my face and possibly my career since looks are kind of essential in my field. I was breaking out and itching non-stop for weeks taking antihistamines constantly. I’ve seen other providers close by and was prescribed antibiotics. I don’t blame anyone but myself definitely my fault but I’m confident that in seeing one great provider like Dr. Cole is far less expensive and less time consuming than seeing multiple providers with multiple visits and treatments. I was able to be seen and recieve consultation same day, and what was originally suspected turned out to be something else entirely. With out this procedure I wouldnt have known. PA Hesper Tsai was also very helpful in keeping me calm and collected."

"When I arrived, I was told by the lady at the desk that they were “out of network” which was news to me, considering I placed the appt on Zoc Doc and it showed IN NETWORK. They then told me I had to pay their $125 fee because they were out of network and apparently it was a “discount”. None of this sounded right to me, and I was livid and wanted to leave. She then tells me, “Well. You’d need to pay the $150 cancellation fee if you leave.” So they basically force you to pay their fee regardless, and then they show up as in network for my insurance on Zoc Doc. Unbelievable! The PA Amy Ly was wonderful, and I had my consultation and exam with her, and wish I could see her again, but I am not going to pay their $125-$150 fee they are charging because they are alleging “out of network.” I went back home and low and behold, it’s shows that Amy Ly is “In network.” We are contacting our insurance to find out what to do."

"I made a new patient appointment via ZocDoc but cancelled the appointment 30 hours before the appointment time. An hour later, I received an emailed bill for $75 for a cancellation fee. After speaking to the person in billing, I was informed that their policy is to charge a fee for anyone that cancels an appointment after 24 hours of making the appointment. This is very bad business management. I could understand charging me $75 if I no showed or even if I cancelled with less than 24 hours notice but 24 hours AFTER making the appointment is a scam. Watch out for this place everyone. Life moves too quickly to see a doctor that is willing to charge you like this. Luckily, they do not have any of my billing information so they will not be getting a dime from me."

"Please I am begging you to not come here. Doctors do not have enough equipment / old equipment that will screw any tests / results and will cause you to then see a myriad of other doctors. Can easily tell they want to rack up insurance cash , they do not care of the health or time of their patients"

"Prior to the 10 minute online/zoom doctor consultation, their business office collected all of my insurance information and confirmed my insurance was pre-approved etc. Turned out not to be the case and i paid the bill in full. Not a big deal, but "bait and switch" is not an honorable business practice."
