"Aeli is very nice and sincere . But I’m so sorry I even ventured in. I ended up looking like a freak for 6 weeks. I couldn’t work because my face was black and blue and swollen. Lost a lot of money. She tried to rectify the damage at my next visit but it was worse. This time 7 weeks of hiding because of bleeding and bruising. Couldn’t work again as I looked freakish. I still don’t like how I look even tho swelling and bruises are gone. Nightmare experience. Plus initially I was over charged due to “add ons.” Never had an experience this"

"NEW PATIENTS BEWARE!!! this clinic is highly unprofessional. I made an appointment for 11am only to tell me to reschedule at 11:40am. And now I’m stuck here and the refuse to see me because they have an appointment elsewhere!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I drove 40 mins.!!! They won’t answer my calls and texts. Who treats new customers like that?! DO NOT COME AND WASTE YOUR TIME. They have 2 people working there. UPDATE 10/23/22: they left a response to my review and THEY ARE LYING! NO INTEGRITY AT ALL!! They made no attempt to respond to me after they canceled on me. I tried reaching out just for a response. Would not answer or apologize for keeping me waiting. NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. I have texts asking for a response back after attempts to even get a response!!! I waited 2 hours until I went back home. Call me back and properly apologize for tearing people like this. UPDATE 10/26/22 No calls from yet from anyone yet. They left empty promises on my bad review just to look good. Overall conclusion this office holds no integrity and is unprofessional. Don’t buy their Groupon and don’t come."

"My wife went to this clinic for her skin discolorations and after one IPL treatment from the Nurse Practitioner, my wife was so happy. I had to write this review because although I didn’t see anything that my wife needed to do to improve upon, her being so happy meant a lot to me. And I also appreciated that the NP gave us a bonus PRP —which I don’t really know or understand—-but it made my wife even happier and it was free. Which made me happy."

"I had skin discoloration and skin tags, and I went in for for skin tag removal on my face and neck and Dr. Hartmann explained that the IPL would treat the skin tags and my discolorations. I purchased only for my face but she wanted me to look good everywhere and couldn’t stop with my face and continued around my neck at no charge. I have never, never experienced a medical provider that is so concerned with the patient’s results and happiness. And to top it all off, she checked my blood pressure and found out I had high blood pressure! Thank you!"
