"Dr Lai is awesome. I moved to the area a few months ago and had to change doctors in the middle of my pregnancy. Everyone in the office guided me through the process, and Dr Lai took over wonderfully. She is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and SO professional; she answered patiently all my questions and concerns, she was spot-on with all her "predictions" on how my pregnancy would develop, and in the end the delivery went perfectly. I had one issue with the billing department but they corrected it; the ladies at the front desk were friendly for the most part, the nurses I met were very good (a couple not very friendly, but always professional). The NP Donna is very friendly and professional too, and Bianca, the lady at the check out desk, was VERY efficient with the appointment scheduling. The lady who made my sonograms was very very good too. I do not use artificial contraception, just NFP, and Dr Lai was very respectful of that. This really was a beautiful experience and I'm thankful I found this practice in general, and Dr Lai in particular."
