"For our immigration medical exam, after spending a good amount of time, we decided to go to Pacific Medical Clinic. They were very kind and clear on every stage of the process. Basically, Maria was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Further, she provided us very valuable information regarding the immunization and the exam itself. We highly recommend them. I cannot imagine a better service in its line."

"Received nerve damage and inflammation and swelling and couldn't lift more than a few pounds with my injured arm and they cleared me for regular work despite my pleas to attempt to treat me instead they tested my grip and asked how the pain felt and patted me on my back to sign the doctors note saying 'ill be fine' when I don't feel just fine. Complete waste of time and anyone who's coming here because of workers comp, good luck getting any real treatment. Also they weren't at all empathetic to my concerns."

"This place is bad! I came here because it was the closest workers compensation DR. To me. However, i regretted it as soon as i got here. The first time i came it was packed and staff was not friendly. My wait was more than 45 minutes. When they finally took me to the back it took me 20 minutes to be seen be the "Dr". To my surprise he wasn't a dr. He was a young kid, no more than 23yrs old. He said he was a P.A student. He did a physical exam on me he then walked out the room came back 5 minutes later and had my diagnosis, with a signature from the Dr. At this point i hadn't seen the dr but he did sign the form. I asked if i would see the dr. The young man hesitated but said, yes you will then dr came in and asked me what was hurting? When i told him he prescribed some cream. Then he walked out. According to the drs note i was ready to go back to work that minute. However i told them i didn't feel like i could since i couldn't move my finger at all and he said you will be fine with this cream and i couldn't make them believe me i was not ok. I had to call in sick to work because dr said i could go back immediately but i knew my limitations and i didnt want to hurt myself anymore. Ive been coming here for the last few weeks and i haven't seen the dr anymore. These people dont care about you. You are just money to them. I couldn't change drs because it was a workers compensation claim or else i would have. I also received therapy for my hand here if you want to call it that. The lady who does therapy over books herself. Twice that i went with her she booked two other people at the same time as me. So she was trying to accomadate all of us at the same time and all she did was give me a metal handle that looked like a phone and had me rub my arm with it for 10 minutes, she said it was ultra sound or something. After 10 minutes my good arm was really sore because she had me massage my bad arm for 10 minutes. Then she hooked me up to a machine that had current for another 10 minutes. This whole time she is running around checking on the others and doing paper work. I really didn't like it but i had to come. I wish someone can come and audit this place i know for a fact if they did, this place would no longer be a workers compensation place. I dont know what steps to take or i would do it. I do not wish this place on anyone. If you have an injury do not come here. Trust me!"
