"After a year I can honestly say I am not happy with this clinic. I chose Long Beach as my in-network area and I gotta say the reviews are good but not enough for what they truly offer. Everyone is professional yes! But the nurses need to be alot more friendly because they're working with children. At least smile. :) One of the Physicians here is always in a rush to get my child out of the clinic. He also recommends or suggests medication and then takes it back like if he's not sure about it or he realizes his diagnosis is incorrect. This was not my cup of tea and my child's health is not something you can guesstimate. I understand there's a process for treating certain things, but not if this Physician is extremely indecisive and not confident... Makes me feel like my child is not important. Also they need to stick to their scheduled times and dates. I went for an appointment and was running late. I called on my way to the clinic and they never answered the phone. I called at least 6 times and when I got there they had already closed and said they had no missed calls. They said that the doctor left early and he was not gonna allow any grace periods. When I got there the lights were off and everyone was ready to go home even though I was running 10 mins late. This was a waste of time, gas and time off work. That was the last straw."

"Worse service don’t take your children there I took my daughter and they don’t care much they give me some for her stomach and after that I had to take my daughter to emergency and she was hospitalized for day and they don’t care now! From the hospital they send me to follow up with her doctor and you guess what here don’t want me to check my daughter, and she is negative on COVID I guess is just excuses by excuses!!!! No lleve sus hijo aquí no los cuidan Mi hija fue hospitalizada y me mandaron a que su doctor la sigiera biendo y es negativa del COVID no tiene COVID tiene una bacteria en su estómago y no la quieren ver!!! No gasten su tiempo y salud de sus hijo cuidado!!!!!"

"My experience with this clinic has been great so far and I have known Dr Ryan Smith since I had my third baby which is three years ago. I recommend mother to take their children to this doctor"

"So far so good the clinic is clean on the inside. Parking is in the back behind the building. Which is where i parked small park, i didnt feel comfortable parking at the pawn shop its a little sketchy. Definitely recommend coming early for parking."
