During the examination Dr Ehu heard something that wasn’t right with my heart and told me I needed to see a cardiologist. First doctor who heard my irregular heartbeat! Really explained a lot of my other health problems, like prolonged coughing after every cold or flu and foggy brain."

"I would give out negative star if I could. WORST customer service!!! I've been going here for about 5 years. Customer service used to be okay back then but it's getting worse and worse over time. Doctor is fine but the front desk staffs act like they are privileged. Also, this place is all about money! Last visit was for my annual check-up but they charged my insurance for two different services which I had to pay out-of-pocket. I called the insurance and they told me to ask the provider to re-submit the claim so I asked front desk staff to fix this and re-submit to my insurance but they would not do it saying that the doctor had to do "extra" diagnosis (just asking few questions which they would typically do during routine check-up). So disappointed at their attitude... I'm NEVER ever going back again!!!"

"The clinic upon arrival is clean and up to date with the COVID-19 protocol. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable in their fields. I was able to get immediate help when I called. There is plenty of parking and both the doctor and staff are accommodating to ensure you are taken care of. I definitely recommend both family and friends to Grace Family Medical Clinic!"
