"The cruise itself was great, but the service sucks. I ordered a sandwich supposed to get mayo and mustard only for mustard, ask them for mayo, and never got it."

"Purchasing the CityPASS was definitely a good buy. We went to LEGOLand, SEA World, the San Diego Zoo, City Cruise, and the Trolley Tour. Even though my 6 year was exhausted, my husband and I enjoyed everything. We stayed 5 days and still didn’t to half of what San Diego has to view and visit. We are already planning our trip back."

"I enjoyed this option. The only thing was I couldn't connect my SeaWorld or Legoland tickets to their respective apps and I didn't know if CityPASS had an app. If they did, I couldn't find it"

"Updated to 5 Star because they refunded for cruse cancellations. I recently used CityPass in San Diego for Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, San Diego Cruise and USS Midway and it was my 1st experience. It was very nice and smooth experience and didn't face any issue at all the places except Cruise trip. After booking, it also gives option to make a reservation in Legoland and cruse trip. I saved approx. $250 during this trip for 3 persons hence it’s really recommended if you are planning to visit multiple places in San Diego. My pass had San Diego Cruise and had made advance reservation as suggested by Citypass but Cruise trip was cancelled by the Cruise company at the last moment (just 3 hrs before) without any proper reason. However Cruise company sent out an email to issue an refund and i contacted the CityPass CC team for refunding the same and finally I got the refund after 1 week."

"It is a great idea. Everywhere we went, just had to pull out our phone. No ticket buying or waiting in line. We went to the zoo and also the safari park. Spent the third day at Balboa Park. Recommend going during the week. There were no lines anywhere."
