"Good experience here-- quick service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I took my 7 year old son complaining of stomach pain, and he was seen by Matthew Harrington. He was attentive to my son and his condition. We ended up being referred to the ER. It's important to note that this is a small urgent care w/ limited equipment. It made sense to take him to a hospital for additional testing. Truly appreciated him ensuring proper care."
"Oh my goodness, this is the best experience I've ever had at a Medical office. Everyone was kind and compassionate, they listened too me, really listened and did a thorough job checking all they needed to cover all the possibilities. Tge staff here is spectacular. I dont just toss out compliments either so Thank you, truly."
"Thank you! This was the most pleasant experience at an urgent care. Every interaction was easy and everyone I encountered working was very friendly and kind. Thank you for making a stressful morning less stressful."
"I visited this urgent care twice last month and saw a really wonderful PA who diagnosed and treated me for pneumonia. I went back today to follow up since I’m still waking up coughing quite a bit and found out they have changed management and are now Exer urgent care. No big deal other than I pull out my VA card and she says “Exer doesn’t accept the VA.” I’m a local healthcare provider and Veteran who usually goes to the VA for care but with their community urgent care program I can be seen more conveniently at a local clinic and the VA pays the bill. Exer doesn’t see veterans I guess. So now I have no way to follow up with the provider who’s been treating my pneumonia for a month. Happy Veterans Day to me. Nice work, Exer."
"Matthew Harrington PAC is the one that saw me while my 9 month old was having an allergic reaction to peanuts. He acted like he didn’t notice anything wrong and then after 10 mins of wasting our time, told us he couldn’t help us and recommended we go to an emergency room. When I got up to leave, because I didn’t see why we should continue sitting there with our sobbing 9 month old who was having an allergic reaction to peanuts while this man told us there was nothing he could do for us, he said “mam you need to calm down okay? Take a deep breath.” Here is an example of part of our conversation: PAC: I can see her tonsils. My husband: does that mean something? PAC: it could. My husband: does that mean her throat could be closing? PAC: it could. ??? He also told me that it would be best not to feed my baby for the next 6 hours. Perhaps this man should not be working with the general public if his knowledge on infants is so lacking and he obviously doesn’t know how to address panicking parents. For future reference, when consulting worried parents experiencing an allergy attack with their baby for the first time, maybe start with: I can see that your baby is experiencing an allergy attack, it looks like a mild attack and not like she’s going to be experiencing any breathing issues so you can go ahead and relax a little. Unfortunately, no one at this facility is qualified to administer allergy relief to babies, myself included, so I am recommending you go to the emergency room as soon as possible. Easy."
