"If you want to get turned away don’t go here! I was in a lot of pain and called my insurance to ask them what urgent care I should go to. They referred me to this dirty, crusty & musty hospital! What kind of urgent care requires you to make an appointment???? It doesn’t make any sense. ZERO COMPASSION! My insurance never disclosed that I needed an appointment. I verbalized this to the front desk and they still turned me away."

"Worst hospital and urgent care I've been too; the new killer king. Have a new insurance with new company, they take Bluecross insurance, just not with the PPO logo on it; to much paperwork for them? I was like huh? Outside looks like a war zone, blood on the floor around the hospital as your walking towards the entrance, people sick and dying as they wait in the emergency room outside. Good luck everyone that depends on that hospital for help."
