"Was told to come early before a line forms. We were among the first 3 to arrive. After being told not to leave if we wanted to be seen, we waited for over 4 four hours, my wife and I, and we decided to leave after such service."

"Horrible experience i had my appt at 12:30 and waited 2hrs to see the doctor. Receptionist advise she was at lunch, why did they give an appt if Dr will be at lunch. I took time from my job and pay a lot for my insurance. This Receptionist acts like she's giving me free service not very nice. Not nice at all and rude"

"Called in first to see how early I should go, they told me 20 minutes, but I went 45 minutes early. I was still seen by the assistant/nurse 20 minutes after appointment time. She was nice. Although, I was placed in another waiting room and got tired of waiting after an hour. So I went to the front to reschedule, and I found out that the doctor went to lunch. I felt disrespected considering how much time I wasted."

"Been coming here since I was a child. I'm an adult now, this clinic is great in all aspects. They treat you well and always make sure you're getting the most out of the medication for your well being. The doctor here is one of the best ones around! Don't just take it from me, ask around . Plus my tia used too work here lol she's retired now"

"I've been coming to this clinic ever since I was a child, now 23. Every single time I have been here they always take FOREVER. If my appointment is set at 8am, there's a good chance I won't be seen until after 1pm. If you come in before their lunch hour, they will leave to go have lunch while all their patients wait in the lobby. When you're done waiting all those hours the doctor will only see you for no more than 5 minutes and then she'll be on her merry way. I went in to see the doctor one day regarding flu-like symptoms, waited for 3 hours just to not be seen and have the registration nurse write out a prescription for something a PROFESSIONAL never diagnosed me for. My dad also goes to this clinic and when his retina detached he went in because it was an emergency and the nursing staff just sent him home. It wasn't until days after that he went to complain and the doctor finally took a look at him and she personally said that he needed to be seen days before, he was later sent for emergency surgery. The staff there is no help and they don't seem to know what they are doing more than half of the time. I only go to this clinic because of insurance reasons but if you have the chance AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. *I was currently on hold for 30 minutes in order to attempt to schedule an appointment while writing out this review. After the 30 minutes they finally decided to pick up the phone to inform me that they cannot turn on their computer and if I wanted to call back later. I thought you opened at 8am?..it is now 10am."
