Reliant Urgent Care - Huntington Park

"I'm not sure if the staff at this facility are racist or just incredibly unprofessional but 2 hours and 15 minutes is too long to wait anywhere to be treated like my business doesnt matter. At least 3 people arrived at the facility after I arrived, so I'm gonna determine that my status as the "last patient" was based solely on my race and I will be taking this matter further. If you are a melinated person dont visit this facility.. the Medical Discrimination is real and overt and we don't have to be treated like this. UPDATE!!! Since posting this review in 2021, reliant has retaliated against me by sending a $100 charge to collections on my credit report, for a service I never received and was never billed for. These malicious actions caused my credit to plummet 42 points. All this occurring while I was houseless and ill. Disappointing! To say the least!!!"

"The Physical therapy department Dr. Lujaye, assistant Christian, the aide Sandy and Rosa have been extremely helpful. They have always been very welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. Department is always very clean and organized."
