"Had such a good experience here! Went in for a routine/wellness visit, and the nurses and doctors (all also young women) were so warm and friendly and helpful. Limited paperwork, BC prescription filled "in house," was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommended."
"You guys need to think twice before hiring people! I went to 3 facilities in Los Angeles! this one was the worst I wish I remembered her name or I think she never mentioned it and didn’t have her badge. I really thought for a second that I did something wrong to her! How she was talking to me.. crossing when she did a mistake.. talking down to me.. going thru the process very fast and not listening to me until she did a huge mistake. I’m not talking about the receptionist and the Nurse."
"They are helpless. Literally. Had an appointment and waited about 2 hours before I saw a doctor. Doctor didn’t give me the prescription I needed. One that I’ve gotten before with no problem at other planned parenthood’s.The doctor gave me a bogus explanation as to why she couldn’t give me the prescription. Wasted almost 3 hours of my day off. Go to a different location. This one is helpless."
