"There was no doctor present on my first visit. I rescheduled, and the doctor was only available by iPhone video. He instructed the nurse to give me a shot of steroid, and another drug, but they were out of stock. During the chat, the phone kept on getting interrupted by text messages and phone calls. On my third visit (requested for follow-up), the doctor was present, but he was 30 minutes late because he was filming a promo for the local news."
