"Don't go there for COVID tests! Even though my PPO covers 100% of the cost for all COVID tests, they charged me for a doctor office visit 3 months afterwards! Of course, I was never seen by a doctor (it mentioned Dr. Alizera Raboui on the invoice) but by a nurse who only asked me if I had any other symptoms, that's it. Not very honest and greedy!"
"This place is terrible. We tried to take my daughter. We called and there is only an automated answering system. We checked the website and went to the location with the shortest wait. We arrive before the stated last patient time. The wait time online was wrong. There was 5 patients not zero and we were turned away. The receptionist "tried" to call another location and turned us away. She stated the online system doesn't work and no one answered the phone. The receptionist had zero sympathy..my daughter is 3..."
"The staff is professional, thorough, and friendly. They care about the experience and genuinely show empathy for the patients. The facility is clean and they work hard to get you in and out as fast as they can. It is a bummer to be sick but it is always a pleasure to go to Exer"
"The word Urgent should be removed from the name. Expect to wait HOURS. Yes, they'll text you to come back, but it will be hours later. When I checked in I was #16 in the queue. I left for an hour and went for a walk. Came back in an hour and 10 minutes and now I was number 14. Two patients in an hour?! I also stopped here a few months ago with a very sore throat. Took a rapid covid test and the one they send to Lab Core. The quick one was negative and the lab core one they told me a few days later was negative. So I felt good about traveling to see friends at the end of the week. Well two weeks later they called me to tell me Lab Core lost my test, so they didn't know what the results actually were. They offered me a new test, TWO WEEKS LATER! I will not be returning to this mismanaged circus show."
"100% better than most urgent cares and definitely better than the ER!! The Dr. And staff are fast, efficient and thorough. It is very organized from entrance to exit. The best part about this place is the fact that you can wait to be seen but in the comfort of your car or home. When it's your turn to be seen you get a text with enough time to come back from wherever you decided to wait. It made the process so much more comfortable."
