"The most unorganized unattentive office I've ever been to absolutely the worst experience I've had my injury is costing me time from work which I am entitled to benefits from the state the state has now canceled me and I'm not allowed to get my benefits because this office took six months to get the paperwork together in order to talk to the doctor I had to wait till I had an appointment which was 5 weeks off. So I waited when I went there the doctor didn't show up so I had to book another appointment to see which was another waiting period of about a month in which he said to me well I'm waiting for the other doctors to give me the paperwork I have nothing to tell him and I looked at him and said well tell them that you're waiting for the paperwork they need something now nothing I got nothing from him it took 3 months to get the first round of paperwork which was not complete the state denied me out right my work fired me and my private insurance that had my work coverage literally took 6 months for them to get the paperwork. I'm not going to go into the fact that the reason I was seeing him on the other hand was for my cholesterol when I showed up for an appointment they didn't even run me a cholesterol test they just took the blood for whatever reason and I had to book another appointment just to get the results I'm definitely looking for a new doctor and I recommend highly unless you're looking for anything but entertainment and frustration you do the sa me Venice family clinic is the worst experience I've ever had"
"Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. The nursing staff is absolutely rude. Front office People are exceptionally rude and the doctors really don’t really care about you. The doctor I had said I had kidney problems and I needed to get them looked at.I didn’t have kidney problems I have a thyroid issue which I had to switch doctors to find out. If these people even cared, they would not treat us like this. This place should be closed down or should at least hire better people."
"My experience at this place has been nice because of some of the staff inside. I want to give a special shoutout to MA's Clarine Jacobs & Barbara Pequeno for taking such good care of me. I can faint in blood tests and need a butterfly needle as the blood veins can be a bit difficult. Both of them made sure to not only be careful and distract me in conversation but do it with such kindness and efficiency. Thank you Clarine for the conversation and remembering to call me regarding the vaccine after! Shoutout to Doc Gail Gabourel as well. It's my second time visiting her and she really pays attention and is very sweet with her patients. In my first trip, the other main nurse on staff took such care of me as well. I hope upper management can recognize and acknowledge these women in some way. They are wonderful!"
"I don’t usually write reviews even though the service is not great but I would give zero stars if possible. I had some important forms to be filled from the doctor. I have tried to get the appointment for a long time, finally when I had it for today, they called me this morning saying there will be no doctor today so we have to reschedule it. I said it’s okay when is the next one, she ended up saying it’s not until last end of may. I explained that I have the due date to submit my forms and since it’s their issue on not having the doctor, can’t they reschedule me earlier but she said not possible. It’s not the first time they had to reschedule my appointment and it’s so unprofessional. I understand even doctors have family emergencies or sick leave but at-least take better care to reschedule the cancellation."
