"The Staff and Dr. Who saw my 5yr old were kind friendly and amazing!! My daughter had covid/flu symptoms. Which for that reason the Pediatric office I have her in didn't want to see her until 3 weeks past??!! Or take her to ER. As a mom of 3 the ER is not even an option in my case unless it was an emergency ofcourse!! I Google and Thankfully I came across this Urgent Care and came to be seen. It was quick and did 4 test on her she has ear infections and tested positive for streptococcus. Thank you Exer!"

"Today was my second visit to this Exer location. On my first visit they ran a test and found an infection that two other urgent cares had not tested for. I had been dealing with this for a month but it's possible I've been having issues with it for years. After doing some research on this little known infection I followed up with a gynecologist who "had never heard of it". Unbelievable. I decided to return to Exer to make sure I was on the right treatment path. Mark Naval PA saw me today. I will say, I've never been a fan of PAs (bad past experiences) and prefer to be seen by an MD but my regular urgent care doctor is now too far since I just moved to the area. Well, Mark has now changed my opinion. I've never met a more informative, patient medical professional. I'm sure he spent at least 40 minutes with me answering every question and explaining my test results in detail. When I told him about my research he listened and was receptive to my concerns. He didn't get upset and considered all the information I provided. We agreed on a treatment and follow-up plan. I am currently taking medication but, regardless of the outcome, I am very impressed with Mark Naval PA and definitely plan to return to this location."

"Came on Sunday with my 6-year son as both of us had flulike symptoms. My son was in bad shape and they tested him for Covid (which he had tested negative at home), RSV and the flu. He came back positive for the flu and gave both of us respective prescription. The doctor (Mark) was very good with my young son and the staff was friendly. It is worth noting that San Pedro Urgent Care - Park Plaza had refused to see my son for these symptoms (but was willing to see me???) which is how we ended up at Exer. Good news for Exer, this will be our go-to place from now on"

"This facility has been great. Mark Naval was been especially friendly and helpful. We loved going here. But they just became an Excer facility. That means that they can now charge a LOT more for their services (compared to most Urgent care only facilities). Also they ordered X-rays of my wife before the change, and said they would let us know the results within 5 days. But now that they've changed, they won't have the results for 6 weeks! From an X-ray! It's such a shame. It was great knowing you. We'll have to find another Urgent Care center."
