"Had to basically stalk them to get them to do the things they said they would. Only seem interested in getting my insurance info but didnt bother running any tests. Is there some company that audits places? Like I genuinely feel like they're charging American tax dollars for fake services"

"I wish I had read reviews section before I got involved with this clinic. Honestly really really BAD organized work. No one cares, they just say about call backs and messages and they never happen. A doctor canceling 2 times after 1,5 h waiting inside the clinic. When I was canceling job to come for these appointments. Obviously no call backs nothing and IT US REGARDING HEALTH, where might be no way back. It’s not a bar, it’s serious stuff. It’s human lives. This attitude must be change or close the clinic completely not to put people in danger Thank you, keep in mind everyone who reads this!"

"By far the worst clinic ever, don't even come here avoid this place, There customer service takes forever and they very rude and nasty customer service with and attitude, I always wait for 30-45 minutes till i get someone to help me, I request urgent for a doctor to call me, and they would tell no worries someone will call you, No call back at all. Avoid this place, I filing a complaint with LA Care and medical against this clinic, I suffer from spinal neck stenosis it's very painful nerve pain in my neck and shoulder that you cant do nothing, i have been asking for and so far nothing but taking your time, That i had to resort to the emergency room at the Torrance memorial which gone more then 12 times in the past 2 months for morphine pain medicine. The doctors at the emergency room are asking why isn't your doctor help you, The wheels turn slow i said to him."

"The woman I just spoke to is one of the most insufferable humans I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. It's not my fault that you hate yourself, your job and your life. She refused to give me her name. Shocker. I hope you hear from the office manager as soon as possible. I have sent several messages and hopefully this woman will not delete them. She's pure evil."

"The communications from this establishment are unacceptably bad. I have now tried 6 times to call and get an appointment to which has been rescheduled for me from their inability to perform the service. Their actions show zero accountability or reliability. No one ever calls me back when during a call they hang up or transfer me and the call ends. When they have been unable to make the appointment nobody follows up to reschedule it’s just unbelievable. I have been out of my medication now for weeks. This isn’t the first time they’ve been this way I’ve been dealing with this from them for years now. I’m praying to god that somehow they figure out normal business practices and start calling me to fix their errors. Until then I regard this establishment as the worst medical institution I’ve ever been to."
