"There’s a reason it’s cheap. Elevator broken - for MONTHS. Stairways -dark and DIRTY. Parking spaces - TINY. Let’s hope the plane you fly on is maintained better than the garage you park at. Update- all of the above is still true BUT the staff today was friendly and very pleasant. Add a half star."
"I would say good value for your money when it comes to airport parking. The shuttle that picks up and drops off at the airport is prompt. I didn't have to wait a long time for pick-up. Ive never had an issue finding a spot to park my car. Shuttle driver and staff are courteous. One time I left my phone in the shuttle, they put it away for me for a few days Until I came back to retrieve it. I was really thankful."
"Update: we waited 40 min and NEVER made it so other parking shuttle gave us a ride nearby We have been waiting for over half an hour for them to pick us up (party of 2)… will update this with the final waiting time. Have phoned them twice just for them to say “they should be there shortly” If you are not in a hurry, it's fine"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PARKING! My girlfriend and I were denied entry upon arrival, even with an online reservation paid in full through RIGHTWAY. We were on our way to the San Diego airport for our flight to visit family for the holidays, and the gate guard turned us away, saying, “They were full, and they overbook all the time,” as if it was a regular recurring issue without remorse. No other place was open either, and thankfully, we could find parking at the airport for five days at $220 total and barely made our flight. We booked Laurel Airport Parking through RIGHTWAY, a shady company, because they refuse to answer their phones or respond to emails. Thankfully, our bank refunded our money because they did not care."
