"We just returned from our "long weekend getaway" to Havana. Oh my! It was our first trip with Discover Corps. We were looking for an experience, and we got it! Cuba may only be 93 miles from Key West, but it is a different world. We learned so much about this country that we share so much history—yet also presents such contrasts. Of course Havana was an amazing city to see, but with every trip, it's the people that give us the strongest memories. Our guide was absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were comfortable and our host fixed us an excellent breakfast every morning. Seeing the classic cars all over the city was a highlight, as was our watching and then dancing with an amazing Afro-Cuban dance group. The people were so welcoming and we felt safe every moment. We came away with a deep connection and empathy for the people of Cuba. And provided us with daily examples of resilience and how to make the most of limited resources. They so want you to come and visit! We are certainly glad we did."

"Bucket List !!! The Uganda Mountain Gorillas were just as amazing as we expected! The Chimpanzee Trek was also fabulous! We saw so many more animals and birds than I expected and our guide, Ivan, was the BEST!! Lodges were fabulous, food was delicious, and overall, it is definitely a MUST do trip!"
