"I was referred to Dr. Lopez (California Ave. location ) by another Dr. for a second opinion because was told that he is one of the few that can do surgery if I need it. I was told my appointment was at 9:15. Arrived at 9:10. Waited to check in over 10 minutes to checking just to get told that I was late and that he couldn’t see me and since I wasn’t pregnant he didn’t know why I got referred to him and to get in with another Dr in the facility. Even then it would take another month to get scheduled. I was specifically was referred to him. Not only did I take time off my work but have been waiting for answers for over a year now. All that the providers do is send you everywhere but never give you the time to actually listen and help. Omni used to be a good place for patients. Now everything is rush and now it’s just a business. They don’t care. It’s really upsetting that because they are drs they think other people’s time don’t matter. There’s many times I’ve waited about an hour past my appointment and that doesn’t matter to them. Will be looking for another place for my family and myself. If things get bad will be pursuing legal action. Just ridiculous."
"We love Dr. Awadallah! He’s so sweet and kind to our daughter during each visit. He listens to our concerns and follows up every time there is need for it. The nurses and office staff are great and the office is very clean."
