"The staff at this clinic have always been professional and friendly. From the front reception to the nurses and doctors. My doctor, Dr.Fias, was amazing and always made sure that I was aware of signs for risk during pregnancy due to my gestational diabetes. After my son was born. He was seen by Dr. Lu and Dr. Underwood who both were great with my newborn."

"Will not ever schedule an appt with Dr Arizmendi in the future. She is not helpful at all and does not consider or address the patients concerns. She rushes out the door before you get an opportunity to ask a question. Try to avoid scheduling with her if you can, or you will have a pointless visit. Waste of time."

"It’s not so much the clinic, rather a particular doctor. I had to go here due to ny high risk OB doctors being in this clinic. They were great and saved my life! Thank you Dr. Scibetta and Dr.Yohan. However, my newborn daughter whom spent months in the NICU had an issue one weekend and I needed further guidance. We go through Pediatric Diagnostic Center; however, when you call after hours, all these clinics rotate physicians on call apparently. Well low and behold I g Al Kuraishi Maycee, for our after hours call on a Sunday afternoon. She was short, rude, condescending. Almost as if she was bothered we had cut into her weekend with her children. I understand, she’s working from home, on call, your kids are around but when you are rude to a parent who needs guidance with a preemie being sick, while we can clearly hear your children screaming in the background. I’m not sure if she had a bad day, but it is so wrong! I called our clinic to file a complaint and they are who advices me this physician works here. Cherry on top, I called Mandalay, asked to speak to someone regarding said issue. They said offfice manage was bussy and would return my call. Took my info and three weeks later I’m still waiting on that call. I have never left a review as such. Comes to show how impactful she was…hope she reads this and next time a worried parent calls, she isn’t so rude!"

"I used to have all full stars for this clinic to be honest! Unfortunately they have amazing DOCTORS YET the worse front desk. They constantly tell me a specific time for an appt and they even give me a paper copy yet call me a few days prior and tell me a whole different time! I have came across this issue so many times by now! I’m sadden to say this place has gone down the drain trust me! I used to love it since Dr. LU has been truly amazing the past 8 years of bringing my son but recently experienced the worse with my daughter! I would say back nurses are amazing and doctors just front desk can never get it together. At this point we started taking our daughter elsewhere.... Like I said great but if you have the time to wait over one he before being seen and constantly dealing with last minute schedule changes then this clinic is for you"

"Sometimes they call u relatively quickly... unfortunately sometimes they take more than 30 mins to call u in and then another 30 mins for the doctor to come in. I still like the clinic. They have 2 big clean waiting rooms and some of the staff is friendlier than others. I like Jill she's very friendly and Dr Shirley Underwood."
